Samsung F490 is impossible not to compare with the Apple iPhone. This is the first thing you want to do immediately after a quick inspection of the Korean device. However, the phones are different and are intended for different audiences.

Samsung U900 Soul Review

The MWC show, from the past February this year in Barcelona, became the starting point for Samsung U900 Soul. The model name was chosen in the honor of completion of the exclusive (second) series phones, The Ultra Edition, and the beginning of its third edition. In particular, the “Soul” acronym is formed from the the phrase "The Spirit Of Ultra". That sounds quite elegant, but indeed is corresponding to reality.
By its very concept, U900 Soul is not different from what Samsung is cultivating for already over 3 years: a flagship phone in the slide form-factor, the main idea of which is a good and qualitative implementation of the most functions that directly affect the price / quality balance. D500, D600, D900, U600/U700 - all these models had (the last ones still have) a deafening success. The first ones who will go for U900 Soul will be precisely those who agree with the last phrase, but now they want to see in their hands something new - the next stage of development.

Obsession Aphrodite whitegold Review

The Obsession collection was first inspired by Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love, lust & beauty.Obsession marvelled in her infinite qualities. From that moment, it was certain that the first collection would be sculpted & touched with the beauty of her name.
Like a sheer work of art, each individual phone is sculpted and crafted by hand. The unique and distinct marking of the phone casing is created using state of the art precision laser technology. To put simply, Obsession mobile engineers work painstakingly hard to create a handset which is visually and naturally stunning in every sense. This skill in itself can take a lifetime to achieve.

Nokia 3120 Classic Review

The appearance of the next novelty from the well-known Finnish manufacturer, Nokia 3120 Classic already is considered as the current year’s break in the middle segment and a very successful marketing move. Nokia always stands out of the row with the ability to combine the technical specifications and a good design with the appropriate price policy. Nokia quite often aims the budgetary segment for its products, which is the main guarantee of popularity for the Nokia phones among consumers.
By developing the Nokia 3120 Classic model, the company has decided not to experiment with the indexes, which have not taken roots yet in the consciousness of the broad audience of buyers, and have chosen the 3120 index. In 2004, the Finnish developer has already presented the 3120 model, which was replaced by the enough expensive Nokia 3100. In spite of the fact that the budgetary model 3120 has not received a big recognition at that time, the index became well-known, therefore the company has stopped on the already familiar designation.

Sony Ericsson G900 Review

The Sony Ericsson G900 smartphone it is named one of the key novelties of this year which, undoubtedly, will add one of the history pages of Sony Ericsson. This is a quite deserved recognition and a long-awaited result as during last three years the Swed-Japanese developer had certain complexities with the P series promotion.
The matter is that new modules of Sony Ericsson should be coordinated, in particular, with Samsung, Motorola and Nokia, the UIQ owners (Symbian branch). Due to Sony Ericsson’s controlling set of shares, it was possible to redeem the rights on UIQ from other owners, therefore almost 90 % of actions have passed to Sony Ericsson. However, one year ago over the market dominated the Nokia S60 smartphones, that’s why the swed-japanese company had to mobilize all the efforts to create an as much as possible functional and competitive product.
This year became significant for Sony Ericsson and, it is connected first of all with the release of the G700 analogue – the Sony Ericsson G900 smartphone with a 5 Mp digital camera and the Wi-Fi-module. Up to the end of this year, on the market will appear some more such kind of devices from Sony Ericsson which will be presented in various form-factors. In 2009, the series formation will end (by that moment it will include about 10 models). Sony Ericsson G900 represents a product focused on the mass market, therefore doubts in its popularity and demand did not arise even from the start.

At the last WMC in Barcelona, the LG Electronics Company has bet on its top devices - Viewty and KF600. It’s a reasonable fact: the same would have done any of the other vendors’ merchandisers. That’s why is no point to blame them that KF240 was not seen at all.

Nokia 1650 Review

The Finnish vendor consistently has been able to successfully produce and promote on the mass market its low-cost solutions. That’s why, Nokia’s aim and ambition grow with each passing year. Although the company previously did not have to complain about the lack of consumer demand, this time we believe the situation will be just the same. The secret of success is simple: even with an unarmed statistics eye we can see that has existed and still exists an audience, which is not interested in developments in the field of mobile pictures or high-speed data transmission. Long lasting battery and simplicity - these are the determining factors for such consumers. The exact and intelligent implementation of the priority basic capabilities in mobile phones is the required minimum of Nokia.

Sony Ericsson W200i Review

The endless way of searching the suitable solutions are constantly “walked” by both producers and consumers. The attempt to create something out of the usual series, sometimes leads to the appearance of models such as Sony Ericsson W200i.
The phone has been officially presented a little more than a year ago. It quickly gained some fame among those who cannot afford expensive models.
This review, we hope, will help determine the choice of those who still doubt, as well as give confidence to those who have already decided.

To continue the dual SIM phone topic, we’ve decided to carry on with Samsung D880 DuoS. The phone rose up many commentaries especially due to the high price and because Samsung is the first from the main manufacturers which made a dual SIM phone. Does it worth to pay for Duos like for two not bad smartphones? Let’s clarify this together.

Nokia N82 Review

At the moment, in the Nokia series there is more than one phone of the “all-in-one” class. One of them, Nokia N82 – will be the hero of our today’s review. The size of the phone – 112x50.2x17.3 mm and the weight of 114g seem to be oversized, but for Smartphones , what Nokia N82 is, this is normal. Well, the phone’s surface is opened, the details are placed quite tightly of each other, avoiding in this way any parasitic moves and unwanted sounds. Despite its appreciable weight, the device lies in the hand with a pleasant touch and does not intend to slip and make a flight to the hostile asphalt. The aspect of the front panel is “metalized” and a slight pattern on the back cover will definitely draw the attention of fashion people.
The keyboard is comfortable, but the keys can seem to be too slim for some persons. In general, this is bound to your habits – after a short while of use, you’ll stop notice the difference. Let’s head to the slots and controls located on the sides of the phone. On the left, there is the charger socket, the microUSB port that ensures the PC connection and the microSD slot for memory card (the standard package includes a 2Gb memory card, that is an addition to the 100Mb integrated phone memory) supporting hot-swap. On the top we see an universal out-port where can be connected the stereo headset or the TV cable. There is also the On/off button that can be used for fast profile changing. On the right – a dual key for volume control, the camera key and gallery access.
The speakers are also here, they are placed by sides for a better stereo effect. The screen is quite impressive – 2.4 inches with the already standard resolution of 240x320 pixels. The display is bright; there should not be any reading problems, a possible discomfort can occur only in case of dazzling sun.

Sony Ericsson K660i Review

Sony Ericsson possesses one of the most complex collections of mobile phones and one of the most flexible ideas towards the product design. The manufacturer has a particular attitude in the sector of mid-range handsets by using at its best design tricks and the most valuable functions: music and camera. Sony Ericsson K660i is a nice candy-bar that shares this class. The device is available in two captivating colors that are more youth-oriented: Lime on White and Wine on Black. The handset is a quadband mobile phone (GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900) that besides internet connection via GPRS, it also supports HSDPA networks, for really fast data transfers. At a weight of only 95 grams and measuring 104 x 47 x 15 mm you can certainly find carry it effortlessly. The distinctive characteristic for this model is its shining front cover, and the silver lines that are all around the body. This helps it to attract not only attention but fingertips too.

Samsung F330 Review

The model Samsung F330 is a stylish mobile phone realized in the slide form factor and belonging to the music range Beatz. The collection is meant to compete with other major manufacturers, which had already launched equivalent series like Xpress Music (Nokia), or Walkman (Sony Ericsson). The cell phone is equipped with two cameras: the rear 2.0 MP camera and the front VGA camera for video calling backed up by the HSDPA support. It is necessary to note also the touch sensitive control keys. The handset has stereo FM radio, 20 MB of integrated memory and a MicroSD slot for expanding the built-in storage. Besides the handset, the retail package is packed with the User Guide, Software CD, and a Travel Adapter.

Nokia 5310 Xpress Music Review

Nokia 5310 is part of the Xpress music collection that joins together all the handsets from the Finnish manufacturer that are equipped with dedicated keys for music control and especially armed on the technical side. The phone also boasts record physical characteristics – it is a 9.9mm thick candy bar with only 70g of weigh, a device that will fit in any pocket with ease and will also impress with its appealing size. Color choices are reduced to only two options: red and blue. The model shares a lot of common parts with Nokia 5610 including the design. The main difference between them is the form factor, a factor that under marks the idea that anyone would find something to meet its expectations and taste when picking out a handset from the Xpress Music segment.

Nokia 5610 Review

The latest update on the Express Music collection consists of two interactive media handsets: 5310 and 5610. The last model enjoys a slider form factor thanks to which it looks pretty compact and handy thanks to the dedicated music keys on the front panel. The phone measures 99 x 48 x 17 mm at a weight of 111 grams. Part of the tradition, it is available in two colors: blue and red; whilest the black color of the body makes the phone especially appealing. Its performances and software applications are concentrated to deliver a proper sound quality and comfort for music lovers, a reason that resulted in a separate loud speaker on the back, where a stylish Nokia logo is placed.

LG KS20 Review

Lg Electronics is serious about touch-screen mobile phones. This was the first manufacturer to respond to the iPhone challenge (announced on 09.01.07) with LG Prada/KE850 (19.01.07) and then with other top-end phones like the Viewty and Armani Model from the same range. LG KS20 is an advanced and more mature handset then the first attempt to rush for exclusivity. The first confirmation that serves as an argument is the sizes that LG is proud of to deliver: 99.8 x 58 x 12.8 mm at only 92,5g of weight. The phone looks indeed very compact and it is smooth also. The material that helped to boost these characteristics is plastic, which was used most of the time in the production process. The silver line on the borders builds a classic equilibrium of style and also has the mission to compensate shocks and to house additional control buttons.

Samsung Armani Review: Touch-Sensitive Style

Samsung is making its way to the touch screen mobile phones with the P520 model. The fashionable version for the same mobile phone is proud to be under the signature of Giorgio Armani. The small size, which matches the characteristics of a credit card, and a comfortable combination of the latest technology with a branded outfit, makes it look especially appealing. Its weigh is 84 grams and its smooth edges are effective enough to replicate the form of your palm. This makes the phone fit any pocket with ease. The phone is available in only one color and features a metallic finish on the cover that protects the battery compartment. The style and protection matters are being cared by a metallic frame which surrounds the entire phone. The display is also fitted in a glowing structure. These elements create an excellent visual illusion of a shiny piece of art.

Sony Ericsson W890 Review – Style and Performance

Its design recalls us LG KE 970 from the Shine collection. Its slim body looks nice in the company of Samsung U600 from the Ultra Slim list. But its golden Walkman logo puts this handset apart and reserves a deserved place in the Sony Ericsson(SE) community. Fit and smart – SE W890 is only 9.9mm thin and 104 x 46.5 mm in height and width. The metallic finish is excellent providing a great source of confidence for the practical use in the future. Although its sizes are proud to be along the best record hits devices, the phone has quite good equipment onboard.

Sony Ericsson W910i Review

The Walkman series is looking good with its new reinforcements coming about all the time from the Company. Sony Ericsson W910 is a proud member of it and representative. The sliding form-factor and a slightly curved bottom seem to be very popular in the designers and engineers room altogether, or maybe it’s the public who gave it a good feedback. One thing is sure - this solution is a good turn both for the outlook and for the practical aspect as it helps to push up a little the front cover – the sliding mechanism will do all the rest work very smoothly. Besides the similar design approach which it shares with Sony Ericsson S500i, the handset’s surface looks very shiny with a metallic illusion. It is available in two colors for the moment – Hearty Red and Noble Black. The weight (86g) and sizes (99mm x 50mm x 12.5mm) are in a very accurate balance with its features and performance.

Nokia 6500 Classic Review

This model is the reincarnation of the traditional trend which Nokia must be proud of. The collection of bar phones has a new distinctive member in the person of Nokia 6500 Classic. This handset is a great combination of the slim definition and top technology.. While holding the phone in your hand, you realize its main feature – the thin body (9.5 mm) – is a result of an engineering compromise, as the other two parameters of its size (109.8 x 45 mm) compensated the lack of space for the numerous technical resources hidden inside. The second notable physical aspect are the materials used with it and which makes the phone feel a little heavy, although it is not at only 94g.

Nokia 6110 Navigator Review

We are happy to witness these moments when the mobile phone already transited the developing phase from a regular communication device to a media entertainer, and pass even further. It now becomes a useful and very helpful friend. So that manufacturers, one by one started to add the possibility to view, attach and even create office documents. Nokia 6110 Navigator is one of these, latest handsets, which incorporates a more complex function – the GPS navigation. The ability to have both a navy system and a phone in one single device is a comfortable solution, especially when sizes stay in the normal range of only 101 x 49 x 20 mm and 125grams of weight. Thus we have a pretty common size for this device, only the design recalls us somehow a trip lover’s dream. Thanks to the slide form factor, Nokia managed the phone to look and to become compact. The pack of keys dropped on the front cover is similar to any mobile devices packed with a sliding mechanism.

First of all it is meaningful the fact that the manufacturer is using the slide form factor to present its brake-through technology not the usual bar form factor. This is caused by the slim first cover which holds the display, and which by covering the keypad results in a space saving solution. The size of the closed handset is 102 x 50 x 17.9 mm at a weight of 140 g – which in our opinion is close to the extremes. The body is made of a glossy plastic that tends to imprint some fingertips there and there.

Samsung P300 Review

Samsung P300 is one of the most unusual mobile phones available at this moment on the market. Many fashion phones were designed to look different and to raise eyebrows but this is the moment when a fashion phone is touching the extremes by adapting a calculator look. That makes it feel masculine. But many women may like it to, because of the physical aspect – the one that cares about sizes. P300 shows a great performance and is comparable to the Ultra collection or better - 86 x 54 x 8.9 mm. The handset comes in a leather case adding more style and more energy as it has a mini-battery hidden in the leather material. This battery is automatically charged along with the main, incorporated battery. This compartment seems especially untraditional as i8n order to remove the back cover you need first to switch a small catch which locks the cover to a static position.

Sony Ericsson W850i Review: Entertaiment on the go!

Sony Ericsson W850 is a very appealing and youth-oriented mobile device. Its slide form factor provides this model even with a more dynamic feel. The front is mostly occupied by a well pixilated display (240 x 320p) with 262k colors on it. Above it the speaker is situated with a little black dot incorporated in it, which happens to be a VGA video camera used for video calling. Beneath it, main controls are placed, those usual ones are easy to recognize, however the D-pad has a designer’s touch and therefore decreases the easy of use that it must have. Those controlling keys were inspired from the walkman logo and look great, but they are so minuscule and are just a little above the general surface, that you need to concentrate a bit in order to target the buttons with your fingertips. In the center of the D-pad a special music key is placed that is engaged with the play/stop function. Above the specified controls a very interesting design-note was inserted - it’s a horizontal orange line. While the music is playing there is a feature in the player’s menu, which activates the light effect. As a result the specified orange line begins to flash in the rhythm of the music played in that certain moment, providing a more in-depth contact with your favorite songs. This external visualization is welcomed, as the video visualization feature included in the second Walkman version is poor and provides only a small piece of joy in the up-right corner of the application. It may be displayed in the full screen mode but we didn’t find it. Other options included here is the playlist management, as well as music sorting by artist, albums and others. You can exit this application and the music will still play in the back. So you can enjoy other activities along with this one. To stop it simply press the dedicated key. The FM radio is there also.

Nokia 6120 Classic Review

Nokia 6120 Classic is one of the most appreciated and successfully designed phone that we’ve came across lately. First of all let’s talk about how much this phone measures. At only 105 x 46 x 15 mm and 89 grams of weight it is quite unusual to hold it and to acknowledge the diversity of functions that it embraces. The phone is available with two color-schemes: black and pearl white, both with a glossy finish. The main material used is plastic both for back and front covers. A silver frame has the role to add a classic yet beautiful touch to the whole design.

Nokia N93 Review: The Real Camera-Phone

The mobile-phone market is huge nowadays, and it offers a large range of handsets to choose from. All demands are carefully analyzed and fulfilled. But Nokia had a totally specific approach regarding camera phones when it came out with the N93 model. This mobile phone is meant to incorporate as possible as it can the meaning of a digital camera along with the functions of a modern handset. That is why sizes of the body that houses all the technology are impressing – it measures 118 x 55.5 x 28.2 mm. When you hold it in hand, you realize what this numbers mean, or how they make the difference. As you can not simply care it in any regular pocket. The weight is above average too at 180 grams. The outlook can’t be named traditional and is remarkable. This is because of the big sizes that care about other elements of this device. For example the junction of the two parts, that is easily noticed. Its function, however, is very important.

Nokia N76 Review: The smart style

Nokia has a specific approach to style and design. But suddenly it felt that the RAZR concept from Motorola looks more appealing. Nokia N76 is a reincarnation of the old 6290 model but in the Moto look. It is one of the slimmest clamshells we have tested (only 13.7mm thick) but we may mention sizes like height and weight of 106.5x52 mm. Therefore it’s clear from where such formidable results have turned out. The mirror-like outside display and other reflecting elements are tending to qualify this handset to fashion phones. But we can not make our mind because of the quite good equipment on board. As Nokia N76 is a smart phone based on Symbian S60 and it features a great set of utilities and a good performance.

Review of Nokia 7500 from the Prism Collection

The highly anticipated launch of the Prism collection was much speculated and awaited. Now it is the time not only to check our first impressions but even to explore it in detail Nokia 7500. We were guessing that those two phones, part of the Prism edition, are going to be in the front raw of the fashion oriented phones, which is true. But we didn’t expect to see prices that are making it accessible for the big public. We’re happy to be surprised like that, and are subtracting that in fact Nokia targeted the mid range markets which have tastes for style. However we can not talk about exclusivity here, nevertheless the approach is similar and it refers to the lack of a reliable technical specification as it all ready had happened to other fashion phones.

Sony Ericsson S500i Review

For the new collection of mobile phones released under the world wide known brand of Sony Ericsson, style and design are the basic definitions to use. It features mostly the same characteristics and with a new face lift given, those handset are looking appealing among competitor’s offers and cover the lack of technological improvement. Of course the technical part looks good and it provides even more credibility in use as it has been previously applied with other models, but it could’ve been better and step up for a bigger audience and interest. But no problem with that many manufacturers are going through exactly the same phase. Try to remember Samsung with their multiple combinations of the touch mechanism.

Samsung E950

Samsung E950 is an interesting concept and a version of how the touch sensitive mechanism can be combined in a mobile-phone. This new addition is presented in a stylish hi-tech body, which because of relatively wide proportions has a solid look that grabs attention. The display has a resolution of 204x320 pixels and 256K colors to offer. The keyboard lacks some physical form as it was made as flat as it could be in order to make the phone look that slim. The back side is a metallic finish cover with different lines drawn vertically to emphasize the source material, which serves as a protective case for shocks and accidents. When opened the 3MP camera makes it appearance. It is equipped with a flesh led and it is carefully protected form dust when the slider is closed.

Sony Ericsson W580 Review

Sony Ericsson (SE) has a lot of great phones of a bar form factor, but what about sliders? SE W580 is an example of how the manufacturer can diversify its Walk Man collection. The phone is mainly oriented to the young public. It comes in two color schemes to choose from: white and orange (Style white) or blue and grey (Urban grey). The handset is relatively small in sizes and measures 99 x 47 x 14 mm at a weigh of 94 grams. Sliding the phone is particularly easy thanks to the curved rear border. The menu navigation as well as the music control can be done within the closed position. Near the D-Pad the common set of soft keys are placed. The directional keys instead share the function of the dedicated music keys. The left side the volume rocker is incorporated, on the opposite side houses the Fast Port connector. The rear side of the phone holds the battery compartment. It also features the 2Mp camera when the slider is opened. The keyboard tends to repeat the exterior colors and to combine as perfectly as it can. This combination is pursued everywhere. The outside features some series of light effects that can be adjusted in matters of which color is preferable among the available ones. It blinks every time an incoming call is received. The backlight of the alphanumerical keys is also combined with the body color and stays readable after all. The same performance is noted regarding the display readiness in direct sunlight. It may seem small but the TFT screen delivers a good picture quality at a resolution 240x320pixels of that includes 256K colors.

LG KU990 Viewty

LG spotted the new era of mobile phones – the fully touch controlled phone. Not long from the moment we where surprised and tricked by the presence of a iPhone looker like – the LG Prada, the manufacturer moved further and came out with an exclusive for the time being phone: LGKU990 Viewty. What amazes about this phone is the ability to concentrate a touch screen concept and a top edge technology, haughty to boast the 5MP camera that Nokia was so proud to deliver as a unique piece on the market. This combination promises to be a success. And this report is a tribute for it.

Sony Ericsson T650i Review

Sony Ericsson T650i is yet another part of the beautiful collection of handsets delivered by the manufacturer lately. The join venture of the Japanese Sony and the Swedish Ericsson proved to be a successful effect for the company and for their clients. The whole brand and products are now on a higher level and are destined for a higher demand. The ability to provide and to maximize the main features that really count, like camera and music turned to be , as it was supposed, the guarantee to succeed in the new media trend. So after a good flow of devices similar by concept, Sony Ericsson made their new strategy public by driving to style and better performance, especially regarding photo quality and handy music keys and software interface.

Motorola RIZR Z8 Review

Finally Motorola left the tradition of producing handsets that can not be distinguished from the first look and presented Moto Z8 smart-phone. The design, and features, and first of all the unusual sliding mechanism promised us that the exploration is going to be an interesting adventure. Even the manufacturer thought that it should become a hit and a front- line phone in his collection, by placing the Z index and the top 8 number as handset’s identifications. The success was mainly guaranteed in particular by the phone’s capability to impress everybody with an innovative positioning of the numeric key pad when the slide phone bends and embraces your face. The mechanism proved so appealing and attractive that it caused questions on how it actually works. Designers at Motorola had a simple answer and implementing the mechanism via cutting some surface from the front cover bottom creating an angle for the keypad cover beneath. Which has the property to constantly push the first cover, thus when the mobile phone is sliding forward the surprise-from comes out as something naturally. We may comment then on the efficiency of such a mechanism. And the following comments are telling that it is unusual for the beginning and there is the feeling of some kind of obstacles in the sliding process, therefore it implies a little effort but nothing difficult here. There are some mistakes about calculations, which even engineers probably couldn’t forecast that they would appear. Consequently, sometimes because of the permanent pressure that is located between those two sliding sides, during navigation actions there is the possibility that the button pressing would be transmitted to the back cover, making the user experience some discomfort as inappropriate actions may occur. The design is further developed and it includes some bright green lines are incorporated in the borders. There are no effects coming with them – just an eye-catching element. The back cover houses the battery compartment and a mirror-like surface.

HTC TyTN Review

HTC TyTN is one of the most remarkable devices on the market due to a great combination of a PC’s characteristics and the connectivity which a mobile phone can supply. So we may say and have the total correctness that TyTN is a 2 in 1 device. And we may make another very important note about this great technology achievement. So we shall recognize that after our long hours of explorations we find out that we talked more about the non-mobile-phone characteristics then the one expected after a detailed look at a handset. And that is because the technology is pushed at such a high and advanced level that we could not ignore it and we’ll present you everything we marked and noticed at this truly incredible piece of art. It is likely to speak about the physical aspect about it from the beginning and first give you some numbers (113 x 58 x 22 mm and 176 grams) and say that it’s looking quite massive in reality. But we may not forget the great amount of break-through utilities that it gathers under one unmistakable cover and logo of the HTC Company.

LG Shine Review

Lg Electronics has some serious attitude regarding style and we accidentally noticed that it actually became a constant supplier of fashion phones. So they had all the chocolate phones spread all over the world and received a great feedback; why not keep it in the same pace? It is not black now, but it has style and it is opposite to the dark set – it is all shiny and glossy. Lg KE970 or just Shine, as you may already have guessed, is a maximization of what bright and reflecting characteristics a phone have ever had. And mainly thanks to the metal body and the mirror-like display both with a high level of light reflecting capability. Thus when you hold the phone in the horizontal position in order to take a snap, few will make the difference and say that it’s a phone not a digital camera. There are different opinions and regarding to whom this phone is dedicated: men or women. Some voted it to be a feminine handset because of its mirror like display, but there are also men who state that they would choose to buy it because of its metallic finish and therefore a slightly heavy look or illusion. Our objective opinion is that LG Shine is a unisex mobile phone as it combines all the features mentioned above.

The iPhone Review

The wonder of all times – the Apple iPhone is presented in this report to prove that imagination doesn’t have limits.

We have had all kind of pleasant surprises from manufacturers around the world. A set of interesting handsets were presented recently like Nokia N95, the Ultra collection from Samsung, the 8GB media player in the person of Sony Ericsson W960i and others. But everything was likely the same although a certain up date had its right to speak up – the touch pad mechanism. It was applied to keypads in most cases, but some radical and extreme devices pop up to lure the entire world. On the 9th January, Apple gave the public a phone that is entirely dedicated to the concept of a keyless phone. Therefore the display is the one that takes the role of a keypad instead and as a result extends itself in sizes to 3.5’ inches and occupies the entire front cover. The lack of keys in a combination with the large TFT display and a black body, framed by a silver line, makes the phone look unusual and incredibly attractive. The back cover has a metallic finish and houses the 2MP camera.

The great amount of utilities stored in this device and its high performance marks not only the advanced level of development and achievements Nokia obtained for the past years, but it is also a sign and an impulse to the whole industry to move further, because it is the time and it has the necessary potential. This is a new start and we all shall be proud to witness it, as other manufacturers will harry up to catch the wave and provide their users with similar approaches.
HTC Touch Review

Touch-sensitive mobile phones is the new trend, which HTC is going to explore to the maximum especially because the Company has a solid and reputable base in the field, progression being the only thing to matter in this situation. HTC Touch is a successful part of this strategy and a highly appreciated mobile phone, which is more operator-free comparable to the main competitor – the iPhone, whose distribution is somehow sluggish or limited to regions. Luckily for common users this positive aspect of the HTC branded devices builds a good combination with high-level parameters and capabilities. HTC-Touch is one of the smallest in its category by measuring 100x58x14 mm at a normal weight of 112g.

Nokia 7280

Nokia 7280 is designed to be attractive and stunning. The form factor and sizes are going to amaze everybody but only after they’ll discover that this is a phone. A rather unusual form factor is going to keep the intrigue alive till you slide it and answer a phone call. This is the moment when heads are turning to you and surprised eyes will explore this beautiful piece of art which is in fact not an mp3 player, as someone may be thinking.

Samsung U600 Ultra Edition 10.9 Review

Samsung made a lot of noise with this phone because it is truly looking good. The special part of it is about sizes and design. We need to applaud and recognize that U600 is something that is set apart in the mobile phone market, something of a higher level named The Ultra Collection. The full model name of this handset is Samsung U600 Ultra Edition 10.9. This is because of its 10.9mm thickness. Other phones included in this premium collection share the same principle of being extra slim. The record winner is U100 with only 5.9mm although it is not a slider but has a bar form factor. Instead Samsung U600 boasts the minute shape of a slider with 103.5 x 49.3 x 10.9 mm size specifications and quality technology.

Nokia 6125 Review

Nokia 6125 completes the manufacture’s little set of flip phones, which never was the strongest part of Nokia range of products, but it was worth a try. The design is simplistic and quite conservative, with only one color scheme but it compensates with an ergonomic front side with nice, smooth silver lines closer to it’s side borders which also distinguishes the part where a 1.3MP camera and a external display is fixed. Those lines are also noticed on the phone’s sides too, where you can find on the right side –the volume control buttons, and on the left one the camera activation button and a slot for a memory card (microSD type), phone’s back part is occupied all mostly by the battery cover and doubles the front design. With no exterior antenna as it was on the previous 6101 or 6103 models, this phone was meant to be a compact solution.
