I-Mate PDA-N is a pocket computer with integrated GPS receiver on a basis of Windows Mobile 5.0. The device is developed on a basis of the processor Samsung with clock frequency of 300MHz, has 64 Mb of system memory and 128 of user's flash-memory and possesses 2.8" touch TFT-screen with the resolution of 240x320 pixels. The pocket computer has the IrDA port, Bluetooth 1.1 module, Wi-Fi (802.11b) and port MiniUSB to connect to the computer. It has also the slot for memory sticks of Multimedia Card (MMC) format, the connection of peripherals with interface SDIO is possible.
