I-Mate HAQ3 is the communicator supporting GSM (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) and realized in the bar form factor. The device works under the control of operational system Windows Mobile 5.0 and has 64 Mb of RAM and 128 Mb of ROM. The touch display of communicator has the resolution of 240x320 pixels. It possesses 2 MP camera with 4 digital zoom and possibility of video-recording, slot for memory sticks of microSD format. The device has also the processor TI OMAP 850 with frequency of 200 MHz, support of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and USB.
