HTC Wildfire is a top class smartphone with touchscreen, oriented for the younger audience. The display is 3,2" big with most of the options available: Multi-touch input method, Accelerometer and Proximity sensor, Touch-sensitive controls, Optical trackpad, HTC Sense UI, Turn-to-mute and lift-to-dim-out a call. Being a phone for teenagers, the internet was considered indispensable, that's why it has a dedicated search key, Google services and social applications. To ensure the internet connection, the phone has GPRS, EDGE, 3G (HSDPA, 7.2 Mbps) and Wi-Fi. The digital camera has 5Mp with autofocus, smile detection and geo tagging due to the available GPS receiver which also is used for the Digital compass. The performance is also high due to the Qualcomm MSM 7225 528 MHz processor, 384 MB RAM and the new Android OS, v2.1 (Eclair).
